Our Process
We offer custom fabrication and installation of slab stone countertops and other slab surfaces such as fireplace and barbecue surrounds. Homeowners frequently come to us requesting granite or engineered quartz countertops. While granite and quartz are well-known surfaces, we also specialize in working with other natural stone slabs such as marble, quartzite, limestone, soapstone, travertine, and onyx.
Our mission is to provide Central Oregon homeowners and builders with quality workmanship and the best customer service possible. Our fabrication shop is located in Sisters and our team is frequently installing stone countertops in Bend, Redmond, and surrounding areas as well. We offer value at a fair price whether customizing the smallest table top or fabricating and installing a large commercial project. From design to installation, we will help guide you every step of the way.
Whether you are looking to install natural stone slab or manufactured quartz slab surfaces in your home, we always follow these four steps: consultation, templating, fabrication, and installation.
CONSULTATION
We offer every Central Oregon customer a free consultation. Give us a call if you have any questions about our process or stone countertops in general.CONSULTATION
During your one-on-one consultation we will answer any questions you have about stone countertops or surfaces, help you make design decisions, and provide you with an estimate.
TEMPLATING
Templating is a critical part of fabricating natural stone or engineered quartz. Our templater ensures that your finished stone countertops will fit perfectly into place.TEMPLATING
Our templater comes to your home or job site and gets the exact dimensions of your countertop surface. This process generally takes about 1-2 hours to complete.
FABRICATION
This is when we actually cut, shape, and polish the natural stone or engineered quartz that you selected to the exact dimensions we gathered from our templates.FABRICATION
All of the fabrication takes place in our state-of-the-art shop in Sisters, OR. Time between templating and installation can vary based on the size of the job, but usually takes 7 to 14 days.
INSTALLATION
This is the most exciting part of the process for every homeowner because this is when you get to see your beautiful, new stone countertops!INSTALLATION
Our team brings the finished stone countertop pieces to your home or job site and installs them. This generally takes our team 4-6 hours to complete.
